Project
financing
and support
The field is innovating.
But initiatives often struggle to scale up .
A necessary extension
The first two pillars enable existing best practices to be identified and promoted, and strengthen communication and collaboration among professionals around a shared culture of recovery.
This perspective gives rise to a shared observation : certain elements that are essential to continuity of care do not yet exist or remain insufficiently structured.
Pillar 3 is a continuation of this
It aims to implement and finance new projects designed to fill these gaps, facilitate links between stakeholders and strengthen continuity of care for people living with mental health issues.
Three areas of action
Filling identified gaps in continuity of care
Facilitating links between the various parties involved in recovery
Strengthening continuity of care for those affected
