Who are we?
A network born from real-life experiences
Sin'RJ was born from the real-life experiences of people living with mental health issues, their loved ones, and all the professionals involved in their lives.
In the field
Everyone acts with commitment and competence.
But the lack of coordination, overall vision and shared tools weakens the process.
Sin'RJ was born out of the realisation that this fragmented, silo-based approach creates avoidable disruptions with serious consequences for:
- → The individuals concerned
- → Their loved ones
- → Professionals
- → Society
The origin
The term « Synergies » guided our initial approach.
A collective dynamic where connecting actors from different fields transcends silos to produce a greater impact
Today
Our network is called Sin'RJ
A transdisciplinary approach
What connects us at Sin'RJ is the conviction that complex situations cannot be understood or addressed from a single perspective.
- ✗ Juxtaposing expertise
- ✗ Adding up points of view
- ✗ Having disciplines work side by side
- ✓ Combining scientific, professional and experiential knowledge
- ✓ Transcending boundaries to grow together
- ✓ Co-constructing a common understanding and responses adapted to the field
Transdisciplinarity brings our different professional silos into
dialogue
to produce
innovations
This approach : Sin'RJ
Places each discipline on an equal footing
Recognises that each framework is partial and indispensable
Considers that reality can only be understood where these frameworks meet and interact
With the following objectives:
Consider all aspects of a career path
Identify blind spots between systems
Work together to develop concrete and appropriate responses
Connecting people
Sin'RJ does not seek to replace existing players
Sin'RJ acts as:
A catalyst
for existing and
A space for dialogue
training and collaboration
A bridge
between Prevention ♾️ Mental Health | Psychiatry ♾️ Justice
A European dynamic
The realities differ from country to country.
However the hurdles , are similar
Sin’RJ is part of a European initiative to:
Share experiences, practices and solutions.
Contribute to the emergence of a more integrated, inclusive and fair culture of care.
Build the missing bridges to enable sustainable recovery.
Sin'RJ is not just another organisation .
It is a space for cross-disciplinary collaboration , dedicated to continuity of care and sustainable recovery.
